Empowering youth through creativity.
The idea is to give young people new ideas, new skills and eventually new dreams they can reach for. In our opinion the best way to do that is through creative process. It can be photographing, writing, dancing, movie making or something else. But the creative act itself is only a tool for the young people to begin to pay more attention to the circumstances affecting their lives and to make them see how they could be active members of their communities and how they could affect the society around them.
The secondary aim is to raise awareness of the community and society about the issues important to young people and the issues affecting their possibilities in life and in the society.
In developing countries empowering youth is an investment to the future. By giving young people skills, creativity and courage they can strengthen the whole society and create new ways to help their countries to prosper and grow more democratic and stable.
